FAQs
-
As a cash-based physical therapy clinic, we do not bill insurance directly. Instead, we require up-front payment for our services. However, we provide an itemized invoice (commonly known as a "superbill") that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement as an out-of-network provider.
We choose this model to prioritize the quality of care and your experience. Operating outside the constraints of traditional insurance allows us to dedicate 100% of our focus to one-on-one, personalized care during your session. This means no rushed appointments, no interruptions, and the flexibility to tailor treatments specifically to your needs without the limitations imposed by insurance policies.
While every insurance plan is different, many of our patients successfully receive partial reimbursement from their insurance providers. We recommend contacting your insurance company to inquire about their out-of-network reimbursement policies for physical therapy services.
Our goal is to ensure you receive the most effective, high-quality care possible. Please feel free to reach out if you have additional questions or need assistance navigating the reimbursement process.
Our team can verify your insurance benefits prior to your visit if you Request more Information.
